  1. This is a great idea — there is a group home in Meriden, CT that is absolutely horrible. They are very neglectful of their clients and they barely even feed them enough food that is healthy! They feed them junk, mostly, and not much of it. Also, when our historic election was underway, these people did absolutely nothing to assist their residents in getting out to register and vote. These people just sit around there and do nothing most of the time. That is no way to treat people that are entrusted to your care. They should be nurtured, respected, and assisted in having the most productive and happy life that they can — group homes would be great if they were run to support and meet the needs of the residents who live there. After all, all of their disability monies go to the group home except for a very small amount that they can get as an allowance every month!

What century are we living in, anyway?

    Just venting….
